Benefit Watts Up, Odylique Balancing Citrus Super Tonic*, Rimmel Wake Me Up Concealer, Benefit Cha Cha Balm, Hourglass Ambient Blush in Dim Fusion, Institut Karite Shea Hand Creams in Almond & Honey* and Rose*, Technic Colour Fix Blush Palette
Ah spring. Easter has passed, the evenings are getting lighter and now we just need some lovely weather to go with it. When I think of this time of year (in terms of beauty) I think blushers and warm shades. So here are some products I think are perfect to change up your look and skincare for the coming months.
SKINCARE:
I am a HUGE fan of sprays when it comes to skincare because lets face it, it's the lazy & quick way out. Truth be told I'm not 100% sold on the smell of this spray but I do love the fact it's all natural ingredients. It has rose in it too which is meant to be completely fab for your skin! This is a great way to refresh and hydrate your face at any time of the day!
I also think with the changing weather it is always good the keep some hand cream near by! These Institut Karite ones are the perfect size and are just THE cutest! There are some really fab flavours and because they have shea butter in they leave your hands feeling super super soft.
MAKEUP:
Like I mentioned blush is the perfect way to add that cute english rose look to your springtime routine. I don't tend to really wear blush that much because I am just a bronzer gal (hula you da one) and I don't actually really own many blushers. Until now. I randomly got this VERY budget friendly set from PrettyLittleThing for about £2 (it's not in the sale anymore though boo). Just because I thought this would be a cheap and easy way to introduce a pink cheek into my look as well as having a range of shades to go from! (I never really understand the red shade though - surely that doesn't look good on anyone?!?!).
Then there is the not so budget friendly option that is the Hourglass Ambient blush. It's just SO SO SO SO SO pretty. I was lucky enough to be given some vouchers from Farfetch and ordered a few bits from their new beauty range (more coming on that soon). I am a little bit too scared to use this yet though because it has become my little baby and I'm just placing it delicately around the place.
This Rimmel concealer is a repurchase as there was discount over on ASOS Beauty and I thought why the hell not. It's a great creamy concealer which is easy to use and I LOVE the way it brightens up your face. It blends so well and I think it is up there with other high end concealers that are 10x the price!
Benefit wise I am just generally a BIG fan and I don't think any product from their range does wrong. I think for spring a creamy highlight and a blushed lip is a perfect combo.
What products do you like to switch up for the spring?
