So I am back at it with another skincare post. So as you may or may not know, one of my 2016 resolutions is to really focus on my skincare. So being able to try out a bunch of different brands and with them all having their own USP is amazing chance to figure out what works best for me!
When I was first told about the Odylique brand I was really excited because their brand and packaging looked so fancy - especially being a 'natural brand' which I sort of link with a little less deigned based (sorry for the quick judgement - I take it all back, promise)! I picked out the avocado cream because I heard that the good old holy avo is good for your skin (who else fancies avo on toast right now?!). As you would expect it is a very rich cream and pretty much does what it says - it nourishes. I find this cream quite thick so it takes a while to soak into my skin, therefore I prefer to use it at night. I do find it really does give that sort of extra love to your skin and plums it back up to it's vibrant and youthful self (especially after long commuting days into the city). I have to be truthful when I say, I really don't like the smell of this cream. But I'm guessing with a natural ingredient product you can't be putting in over produced scents!
Getting on to the spritz - I just BLOODY love a skincare spray. It first started off with the La Roche Posay Serozinc spray. It's basically the easy way/ cheat way to a skincare routine. Days where you are feeling a little lazy with your skincare you can normally skip a step or two and use a spray instead. This spray is a refreshing little number plus it's a toner helping you really skip those skincare steps! I like to use this before I put my moisturiser and make up on and even before bed to make my skin feel less tired & dry.
