Oh hey hey! So first up I have been slacking on the old blog front, I know. Truth be told I have been feeling a little overwhelmed with trying to balance with this whole life thing. So just bare with me you beauties! Second up is a new sort of feature post I want to try out. I'm going to try and do a weekly round up of my favourite things ( I say try because weekly may be a bit ambitious). So from beauty to music to fashion I'm going to cover all of my absolute favs!
Caprera goodies*
Let's kick this all off with what I have been loving most recently. So the lovely lovely people at Caprera sent me this super cute package to try out some of the amazing products they sell on their site. Now the concept of the site is a place that can bring together some of the most unique and creative food & drink brands around. I love the idea of this site because it gives the chance to those smaller businesses that wouldn't usually get the chance. The shortbread biscuits are probably the best I've had too! So this is the perfect place to get cute gifts for your family or even to make your dinner parties a bit more interesting. Each product and brand has a story to it and not just a mass produced product from a nationwide supermarket. Make sure to check them out! https://caprera.com
Love Style Life - Garance Dore & All In Good Tate - Kate Spade
Next up are the most blogger books you've probably ever seen. And hands up I pretty much just got them for flatlays but hey I might finally read them one day! I tend to generally just like pretty books, the dream one day is to have a whole library dedicated (full of all of my textiles & art ones that used to give me ALL of the inspiration). But for now they are used for atheistic purposes. The love style one is EVERYTHANG, I don't even know why but it really does make a flat lay! Totally into those golds and blush palette choices!!
Lush Tea Tree Tonic Water
I feel like it's all I've been talking about really (see here). But I have rediscovered my love for this Lush tea tree oil spray. Like I have banged on about before - I just love how you can sort of cheat in your skin care routine with a spray product. I like to use this when I feel my skin is in breakout overload as I feel the tea tree oil really helps with the redness and anger of the spots! Plus it's super refreshing!!
Loving Tan Bronzing Mousse
Okay so I've only used this once (and gushed about it on Insta) but damn I think I've discovered my favourite ever tanning product (sorry to the OG - St Moriz). This goes on like a dream and still looks natural! It also lingers around for a while after, which I love!! I'm not a fan of the 'washes off straight away' because I feel like there's a lot of time and effort being wasted / I'm too lazy to tan everyday. It is obviously a lot more pricey but I was super pleased with how quickly it turned up and how cutely packaged it all was! I think I might try and do a more in depth review once I've had a chance to use it a bit more!
ASOS Off The Shoulder Top
Relating to tan, sort of. I have been a little bit obsessed with the off the shoulder trend in the last few months (add a choker and that is my style for the next 6). So I wore this beautiful white off the shoulder body (from ASOS obvs). With the Loving Tan all over ma body, I felt like a bronze Goddess, especially with the white making me more tanned! So yes I'm just feeling these bodies and now want them in ALL of the colours.
Lauren Elizabeth - YOUTUBER GOALS
Next up is a little more random but how much is Lauren Elizabeth just slaying it right now. I mean she's just done filming (another) film, has a new app launching (which I couldn't be more buzzing about, Kardashian who?) & is an all round YouTube queen. She did a haul on her Snapchat the other week and was legit obsessed with EVERYTHING! I just completely dig her style & she's SOOO naturally pretty - like how do you do that Lauren, howww? Oh and she's funny af too!
Okay the feature is over now. I actually love just sitting down telling you my favs, so if you like it too, I feel like this one could be here to stay. Peace out homies.
