Ah mental health. I feel like it's all we talk about sometimes but when you think about it that's actually a great thing, it's like the stigma is finally dropping. It's been a weird one recently I have been so busy with work and other bits and pieces it's like I forget. When people ask me 'oh how are you doing, you know with your head' (lol) and I'm like oh shit yeah. Now I'm not saying it doesn't affect my everyday because it does but the previous weeks before it has consumed me, my relationships, time, EVERYTHING! This past week or so not so much actually - now I could write all of this, press post and then feel like the world is ending so I can't really be sure. However I have tried to say yes more, take more opportunities and feel more positive, so I am taking each day as it comes to be honest with you. I feel like this is a very rambling post but hey it's my little internet space.

Oh and don't forget - it's okay to not be okay.
