So apparently today was the most depressing day of the year, personally it felt no more depressing than any other day (wow what a deep and negative way to start this post, soz guys). I mean I am just trying to say when you suffer with depression everyday can be blue and then all of a sudden you might feel okay again.

I feel like I haven't touched base on my mental health for a little while but you know it's still there and niggling away. I am trying to not let stuff get to me, stop worrying about situations and problems that haven't even happened. I think the hardest thing I've faced so far this year is getting back into the routine of everything (post Christmas fun).  I spent some time getting very excited about 2019 and what it entails. But also putting an over whelming amount of pressure about all the stuff I haven't achieved so currently learning to take everything a step at a time. I think just getting up when its cold and dark and getting home when it's cold and dark has the same shit effect on everyone so it's hard to stick to your goals and plans (gym sessions, content creation, seeing pals more).

Anyway let's bring a bit of a upbeat tone and positivity to the post with ways to feel better and plans to look forward too.

x Booking a holiday - something I've been on to my boyfriend about everyday for the past month, but having such a plan to look forward to will really help keep you on track. Personally it will help me to stick to being healthy and have something to focus my time on
x Pay day - it's the last Friday of the month so we will finally have some money in our accounts
x January is FINALLY near it's end
x Content - creating and posting content is my favourite hobby tbh and really motivates me

I love you all and we got dis!
