Vichy Dermablend Review || Beauty

Dermablend Fluid Corrective Foundation (In Porcelain)* & Dermablend Setting Powder* - Vichy

I was very excited to receive these little goodies from the wonderful guys at L'oreal. I have never tried anything from their Vichy brand before so it was finally great to try these products out.

The foundation really exceeded my expectations and I love the matte look of it. I would say it is probably a medium coverage. I wish it gave me a little bit more coverage but it can be built up. What I noticed first about it was how quickly it got rid of my redness but at the same time it doesn't feel too cakey. I did notice that it didn't seem to go on as smoothly with my Beauty Blender so I opted to use one of my favourite Sigma brushes. I opted for the 05 Porcelain shade and initially I thought it was going to be too dark for me but actually once it is blended it is a great colour. I think this foundation is a great daytime foundation for lighter makeup looks. 

FYI the setting powder is a great Mac translucent powder dupe! It is so easy to pop on and set your makeup. Plus it is a great way to bake your under eyes and contour to give a brighter look to your makeup. This is now a must have in my beauty bag! I am so happy I got to try these products out!
