When these products arrived I was more than intrigued to try them out. I mean Snails? Dragons? It might all sound magical and mysterious but would it actually do anything different to my skin? Well the answer is hell yes. One of my resolutions for this year was to take better care of my skin and really work out the products that are best for me. So I am really trying to include my new skincare routine, products and disappointments on this blog. Check out some previous skincare reviews here and here.
This stuff is so rich and creamy it really feels like I am giving my skin a treat. This has fast become part of my nightly routine. I am not particularly a fan of the smell, I'm not sure what it is about it but it is not my favourite. I tend to use this during the evening once I have taken all of my makeup off to give my skin a bit of hydration. You can sort of tell that this cream is rich in proteins and goodness because it really sinks into your skin. Leaving your face feel enriched and tighter. The good thing about this stuff is you don't need a load when you put it on.
Now I don't know whoever discovered snails were good for your skin but this stuff is crazy. As soon as you apply the runny consistency cream on your under eyes you feel your skin getting tighter. I am only 22 so wrinkles aren't really affecting my life right now. But I do think it is important to start thinking about your skincare. As my Grandma always says 'Well it's too late to start using all of them creams now' - so prevention is key here. It recommends to use this product twice daily but I just tend to use it in the evening after the Dragons Blood Cream.
Now this stuff is pricey so I'm not going to tell you to run out and order these straight away. But if you are thinking about protecting your skin and giving it some nutrients this is the stuff to use!
