I had seen this range all over Instagram and was definitely sold into it straight away. If you didn’t already know, I absolute love skincare, probably even more than makeup now. It’s probably only in the last couple of years that I’ve really got into it properly and geek out over products and ingredients! I was initially into this range because I was interested to see how Primark would do in the skincare world as that’s something they haven’t really gone ham on yet. Plus Alessandra is a girl after my own heart with her love for skincare products. Anyway the other week I had a meeting off Tottenham Court Road and was a little early so popped into Primark to see if they had any of the range left. Now they didn’t have all the products in stock so I picked up what I could and took my fancy.

Straight away I really digged the packaging - simple and clean giving me natural and to the point sort of vibes. Price point wise compared to other brands it’s very good ranging from around £3-£10. However paying £5 for a small cleansing stick in Primark I thought was a bit overpriced. Now I don’t know if that’s just because I assume everything I buy in there is super cheap and actually if I went into another store I paid £5 for that I would probably be buzzing. So I got my hands on 5 of the products in the range costing me about £20.

Facial in a Stick:
So at first I was unsure what this was actually meant to be used for. It said I could use it to remove make up like a cleanser or you could leave it on for 5 minutes as a facial. Now to be honest with you I just don't see the point in this. Now I take my cleansers very seriously and to use this to rub your makeup off isn't very economic and takes a lot of work! I did try and leave it on for a bit as well and just found that it didn't really do anything.

Anti-Blackhead Stick:
I was actually into this, anything to do something about my blackheads! Now I don't think this necessarily gets rid of them but it was a great way to exfoliate and get into the pores. I found it quite hard to rub hard on my nose as hard as I would have liked (this sounds a bit saucy ha) but was good to scrub my chin and forehead. However I probably wouldn't repurchase this as I would just use a normal exfoliator to do the job. It maybe good to take when your travel though as it's quite small and not a liquid.

Pore Balance : Blemish Rescue stickers
I have been seeing blemish stickers around a lot lately and for someone who never remembers a time without spots, I'm pretty surprised I haven't bought into any. I normally go for a drying solution as my night time remedy (this and this are my favourites). However now I finally have my hands on some and you know what they work! You simply pop the small circle sticker over your spot and then go to sleep! Now I did find that by the morning my sticker wasn't actually on my spot anymore but I could see the spots redness and anger had died down considerable. I also think this is a better way to help your spot overnight and face your lover. I hate the thought of going to be with my boyfriend with drying lotion all over my face but these clear stickers are a lot more subtle. Read about my favourite spot treatments here.

Pump & Glow Mask:
I LOVE A SHEET MASK! And this baby is no different, my skin felt so hydrated and plumped up after using. I didn't really like faffing about with step 1: putting on lotion and then step 2: apply sheet mask. As I feel like a sheet mask is the lazy masking way, you know those nights where you can't be bothered to wash off an actual face mask so you just sit on your bed in a sheet mask. I also found it a bit messier than a normal sheet mask but thats because it was dripping with so much liquid. But it must have been some good liquid because my skin soaked it all up and looked radiant after. Will defo be back to purchase some more of them!

Overnight Lip Mask:
Another product from the range I was totally into! It really does hydrate my lips and in this cold weather I can really see the quick effect it has on my dry lips. I actually use this all the time and not just at night. It has a pink blush to it too so it's basically like wearing a less sticky lipgloss.
